All notarizations are performed by a Texas-commissioned Remote Online Notary using a state-approved platform with identity verification, electronic signatures, and required session recording.
Remote Online Notarization allows individuals and businesses to complete notarizations online without travel, printing, or in-person meetings.
All services are provided via Remote Online Notarization (RON). In-person notarization is not offered.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Secure online notarization for common notarial acts such as acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, sworn statements, and business or corporate documents. All notarizations are completed online with identity verification and electronic signatures.
Apostille Services
Assistance with coordinating document preparation, notarization, and submission for Apostille certification. Apostille services are provided for documents intended for international use. Acceptance and requirements are determined by the receiving authority.
Real Estate Document Notarization
Remote Online Notarization for commonly accepted real estate-related supporting documents, including affidavits and statements used in property transactions. Acceptance of real estate documents is determined by the receiving title company, lender, or agency.
Corporate Document Notarization
Remote Online Notarization for corporate and business documents such as resolutions, affidavits, sworn statements, operating agreements, and authorization documents.
